David Koma f/w 2014
Jean Paul Gaultier haute couture f/w 1997
Leopard skin beaded gown with rhinestone claws from the “Russian collection”. This particular couture piece is made of more than a million glassbeads, with the claws made of strass, which took more than 1060 hours to make. The dress was ironic since Jean Paul Gaultier decided to make beaded gowns giving the illusion of fur during the start of PETA’s controversial anti-fur campaigns.
